SICACO 2026
Sejong Webtoon Campus · Sejong Technopark
ROBOT&Human
Sejong Webtoon Campus invites cartoonists everywhere to answer one question in a single panel: what happens when the machine meets the human? Open to anyone, any age, anywhere — up to three works per artist.
Entries that fall outside these specifications may be excluded from judging, so please check each line before you send.
Digital work goes by e-mail; physical original artwork goes by post. Whichever route you take, your entry must arrive by the deadline — not merely be sent.
